01About

Care work, grounded in respect.

I am an emerging Community Services professional currently studying a Bachelor of Community Services, having also completed a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).

Through my studies and placements with NDIS, aged care and community service providers, I have developed knowledge of person-centred practice, communication, case documentation, disability support and ethical practice.

I am passionate about supporting individuals to achieve greater independence, wellbeing and social inclusion. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and believe in treating every person with dignity, respect and compassion. My strengths include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, empathy, organisation and a willingness to learn. I am seeking opportunities where I can continue developing my professional skills while making a positive contribution to the community.
